Stacey

Piano Teacher

Hi! I’m Stacey Pierias - owner of Piano Studios Point Cook and head piano teacher.

I have played piano for 11 years and undertaken AMEB exams.

I am passionate in helping our wonderful students pursue their musical gifts and goals.

I love sunflowers, the colour yellow, exploring around Australia, and eating breakfast at cafes.

Fun fact: I have never broken a bone in my body!

Zoe

Piano Teacher

My name is Zoe and I’m one of the piano teachers. I started teaching in early 2022. I’ve been playing piano for over 10 years.

I really enjoy teaching students the stepping stones into the piano world- I believe any one can play an instrument, they just need the right nudge to become confident in reading and playing music on their own.

I enjoy all different forms of music- but especially songs that I have an emotional connection to.

In my spare time I enjoy travelling, hiking, shopping, listening to music, spending time with loved ones.

Maya

Piano Teacher

Hi, I’m Maya! I’ve been playing piano for about 11 years and teaching for the past 3.

I have completed all AMEB grades and am currently working towards my AMusA qualification!

I love all kinds of music, and I especially enjoy playing pieces from the Romantic Era.

What I love most about teaching is watching my students grow and helping them build both musical skill and confidence.

When I’m not at the piano, I’m usually out with friends, playing in my band, reading, or trying out new places to eat around Melbourne.

Hi! My name is Vicky and I have been playing piano for over ten years.

I'm aiming to become an Interior Designer and explore the world of design whilst maintaining my love for piano and music.

Being a piano teacher allows me to pass on the skills I've learned to the bright and aspiring students whose love for piano playing will grow as much as mine has!

Hello, I’m Shwetha! I’ve have been playing piano for 9 years. Playing piano gives me happiness and a feeling like no other! Teaching piano lets me spread the wonders of piano and unlock the potential within each student.

I enjoy listening to music in different languages, travelling and trying new food from different cultures.

Olyvia

Hello, my name is Olyvia! I have been playing piano for 10 years now, and have undertaken ABRSM exams.

What I love the most about music is its ability to instantly brighten the mood of a sombre atmosphere, and most beautifully, how it can bring people together. I enjoy baroque and romantic era pieces just as much as I do with opera, jazz and general pop!

It always amazes me how learning a musical instrument can develop an individual intellectually and spiritually. I aim to be a stepping stone in the musical journeys for every student I cross paths with, supporting them to achieve great outcomes - just like my teachers did for me!

Jovan Wiranto

Piano Teacher

My name is Jovan and I’ve taught piano at Piano Studios since April 2023. I’ve been playing music for 8-9 years now.

My favourite thing about teaching music is seeing the improvement in the students overtime and how happy they get when they’re able to play their favourite songs after spending all that time to learn. I love to play pop and worship music.

In my spare time, I like to go on long walks in new areas with nice scenery (especially when the sun is rising or setting).

Gabriel

Guitar Teacher

Hi, my name is Gabriel and I've been playing music and guitar since 2019, and currently the lead guitarist for my band.

One thing I love about music is being creative, especially since creating my own music has been my main hobby.

What I like about teaching guitar is giving students the freedom to learn whatever they want, whether they like rock, pop, R&B... I find it the most enjoyable when they are playing songs that they are interested in, along with overcoming new skills to their playing.

I love clothing and using technology in my free time.

Enson Tay

Hi, I’m Enson, I’ve been playing piano for around 7-8 years and have been teaching for two years! I love playing classical music or themes from shows I watch in my free time.

What I enjoy most about teaching is seeing my students have fun and improving their piano skills week by week. I always look forward to seeing my students so passionate and ready to learn each week!

In my free time, I enjoy going out with friends and family, reading books and watching my team Tottenham Hotspur.

Dimas

Guitar Teacher

Hi my name is Dimas you can call me Dimz I’m a songwriter, producer, guitarist, and teacher. I’ve been teaching music for almost 5 years. Furthermore, my journey in music started in 2015. I have a band and I also run a production studio with my friend mainly doing songwriting, mixing and mastering services.

Main thing that makes me enjoy teaching is I like to share and communicate with students. it’s fun and always exited to see their progression

When I am not teaching I like to watch movies, write music, eat, drink coffee, and go camping with my friends and family.

Celine

Piano & Violin Teacher

My name is Celine, I teach piano and violin . I have played the violin for around 8 years, finishing grade 7 ameb while playing the piano for around 9 years and completing grade 8 ameb.

I enjoy finding popular songs to play on the piano and enjoy playing dramatic violin pieces. Pushing my emotions out through music.

I love seeing students grow in their musicality and strive to see them enjoy learning and playing their instrument.

Sarah

Piano Teacher

Hi, I’m Sarah. I have been playing piano for over 10 years. I was the choir leader, when I was in high school. I have undertaken Trinity exams.

I enjoy different genres of music, especially romantic and classical music.

It’s rewarding to help my students express themselves through music, whether it’s through mastering a challenging piece or discovering a new sound on the piano.

The joy of seeing them gain confidence from playing is always inspiring.

In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, baking, watching movies and spending time with my family and friends.

Stacey

Singing Teacher

Hi! I'm Stacey.

I have a lifelong love for music and have been singing for as long as I can remember. Singing has always been a part of my life, whether through school choirs, worship bands or simply blasting my favourite song in the shower.

I studied at the National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Act in New Zealand where I enhanced my craft in a range of vocal styles, and ever since, singing has been the heart of everything I do.

I'm an absolute Harry Potter nerd, love all things baking and arts and crafts, and I love Justin Bieber.

Teaching gives me the chance to stay connected to that joy, and I feel incredibly lucky to share my passion and experience with others.
